From your call to the drop: how same-day delivery works. Hablamos español.
The cutoff
Call before noon, Monday through Saturday, and a unit can arrive the same day in Laredo, Rio Bravo, El Cenizo and nearby Webb County.
What ships today
Those two go out same-day. Deluxe flushing units, wheelchair-accessible units and restroom trailers need a reservation.
Called after noon?
Calls after 12 noon ride the first morning route. If a same-day fee applies, dispatch names it before you book.
Delivery day
Mark the spot with a cone, chair or ribbon, or text a photo. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes ahead, in English or Spanish.
Pick the spot
Choose firm, level ground away from low spots. The truck needs a path about 10–11 feet wide with nothing lower than 12 feet.
Book it
Call before noon with your ZIP, the spot and your guest count.
