Quinceañera planning
Unit counts for 150–300 guests, long evenings and Laredo heat, in six quick screens.
The count
Our method: 1 unit per 35 guests for 4–8 hours, plus 1 per 100 guests for a bar and 1 per 100 for a mostly-female crowd.
Summer quince?
Laredo averages 100.8°F in July. Summer events over 6 hours add 1 unit per 150 guests, so 200 guests become 12 units.
For the honoree
The deluxe unit has a flush, a lid over the bowl and a sink inside. A restroom trailer adds A/C and needs a 120V outlet within 100 feet.
Buffet line
Serving food? Plan 1 hand-wash station for every 2 toilets. Each station has 2 foot-pump sinks, soap and towels.
Booking
One flat event price covers 1–5 days on site. Book 3–4 weeks ahead, earlier for WBCA season and May graduation weekends.
