OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c), Table D-1, requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. A crew of 20 to 199 needs 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers, and a crew of 200 or more needs 1 seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers. Count every trade on your busiest day, not just your own crew.

Weekly service on a Jason Rental Works jobsite unit includes 5 steps: pump the 60-gallon tank, scrub every surface, sanitize, restock paper and sanitizer, and leave a dated service ticket inside. The visit is part of the 28-day price, and the driver can work around your crew without anyone signing for it.
- Pump the holding tank down to empty, even on a light week.
- Scrub the seat, urinal, walls and floor, where caliche dust and mud collect.
- Sanitize and recharge the tank with fresh deodorizer.
- Restock two paper rolls and hand sanitizer.
- Date the service ticket so your super or inspector can see the last visit.

You pay one 28-day cycle, not a calendar month, and each cycle is billed in full once it starts. A 4-week bathroom remodel fits inside 1 cycle. A 6-week remodel runs 42 days, which is 2 cycles. To avoid starting a cycle you won't use, call for pickup 1–2 business days before day 28 or day 56.

Can you supply road crews on Loop 20, I-35 and Mines Road?
Yes. Laredo has about 2.3 billion dollars of TxDOT work planned over 10 years, including I-35 widening and the 7.2-mile Loop 20 expressway upgrade. Road crews move, so we place units on private staging yards or easements you control, and use towable units when the crew shifts every few days.

A standard PolyJohn PJN3 is 43.5 inches wide, so the gate on a fenced lot needs to open at least 48 inches. The wheelchair-accessible Comfort XL is 62 inches square and needs a wider opening. If the gate is narrower, the crew sets the unit just outside the fence line on your property.

What do you need from me to deliver to a construction site?
Dispatch needs 6 things for a construction drop: the address or a Google Maps pin, an on-site contact's name and number, the gate code, your peak crew size, the start date, and where the unit should stand. The driver calls or texts that contact about 30 minutes before arriving, in English or Spanish.
- Send a pin drop if the lot has no street number yet. New subdivisions and pad sites often don't.
- Name an on-site contact: a foreman or super who will answer during the 4-hour delivery window.
- Clear a truck path about 10–11 feet wide with nothing hanging under 12 feet.
- Pick firm, level ground: caliche, gravel, packed dirt or slab, within about 25 feet of where the truck can stop.
