How do next-day and scheduled Zone 2 deliveries work?

Zone 2 covers regional towns beyond the Laredo area, including Zapata, Eagle Pass, Encinal, Cotulla, Hebbronville, Freer and the SH 359 towns of Oilton and Bruni. Zone 2 orders go out next-day or on a scheduled route day. Same-day delivery is possible only when a truck is already headed that way.

When does a Zone 3 long-haul delivery make sense?

A Zone 3 delivery makes sense when 1 trip carries several units or a long job. The distance fee is charged per trip and split across every unit on the truck, so a 10-unit festival bank pays a tenth of it per unit. Long-term jobs get weekly service on a scheduled regional route day.

Limits

Where don't you deliver?

We do not deliver into Mexico, including Nuevo Laredo, Piedras Negras and Ciudad Acuña. Temporary import of equipment generally requires a Mexican customs broker and a temporary import declaration, and Tamaulipas carries a U.S. State Department Level 4 advisory. We also make no Sunday deliveries; trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm.

On the Texas side of every bridge, we serve truck yards, broker lots, warehouses and family events. See porta potties near the Nuevo Laredo crossings.

FAQ

Delivery zone questions

Questions taken from real rental calls, answered by our dispatchers.

(956) 396-3700
How do I know which zone my address is in?
Type your ZIP in the checker on this page, or call (956) 396-3700. Every Laredo ZIP plus Rio Bravo, El Cenizo and nearby Webb County is Zone 1. Regional towns such as Zapata and Eagle Pass are Zone 2. Long-haul service cities, from San Antonio and Corpus Christi to Harlingen, are Zone 3.
What extra do I pay outside Laredo?
Zone 1 delivery and pickup are included in the unit price. Zone 2 adds a regional delivery charge of about $35–$95. Zone 3 adds one distance fee per trip, typically $150–$350, shared across all units on that truck. Every fee shows on your quote before you pay.
My ranch is between two towns. Which zone is it?
Zones follow the road, not the county line. Send a Google Maps pin by text to (956) 396-3700, and dispatch tells you the zone, the earliest route day and the full price before you book.
Do you deliver to Encinal, Cotulla, Hebbronville or Freer?
Yes. Those towns are Zone 2, served next-day or on a scheduled route, with same-day only when a truck is already headed that way. They do not have their own pages yet, so call for the route day.
Can you deliver to Monterrey or Nuevo Laredo?
No. We do not take units into Mexico. Temporary import requires a Mexican customs broker and paperwork, and Tamaulipas is under a State Department Level 4 advisory. We serve sites on the Laredo, Texas side of every bridge.
Is there a minimum order for Zone 3 cities?
No minimum, but the trip fee is the same for 1 unit or 10. That is why Zone 3 works best for event banks, multi-unit jobs and long-term rentals. For a single unit needed fast in a far city, a local company may be quicker.
