What information does the quote form collect?
The quote form collects 6 fields and nothing more: delivery ZIP, event or start date, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, and your mobile phone number. We also receive the web address of the page you sent it from. We use those details to prepare your quote and text or call you back.

Web3Forms. Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which passes the message to our inbox. Web3Forms handles the submission under its own privacy terms. The form includes a hidden spam-trap field; it collects nothing from you.
The ZIP checker on our pages runs in your browser to show your zone; typing a ZIP there doesn't send it to us.
Do you record calls, and what do you text me?
Calls to (956) 396-3700 may be recorded for quality and training, so dispatch can double-check order details and keep answers accurate. We text 4 kinds of messages: your quote, your secure invoice link, your reservation number and delivery-day updates such as the driver's 30-minute heads-up. We don't send marketing texts.
- If you don't want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start, or use the quote form or a text instead.
- When we review recorded calls to improve this website, we remove names, phone numbers and addresses first. Quotes on our pages are anonymized caller questions, not reviews.
- Reply to any text from us to reach dispatch. Tell us to stop texting and we will, though you'll then get your invoice link by email or phone.
What do you keep when I book a rental?
When you book, we keep 5 kinds of order details: your name, phone and email, the delivery address or map pin, placement notes and gate codes, any on-site contact, and the invoice record. Card payments run through a secure invoice link or over the phone; we don't store full card numbers on this website.
- Gate codes and placement notes are shared with the driver and service tech who need them for your rental, and with no one else.
- On-site contacts. If you give us someone else's number, please let them know we'll call or text them about the delivery.
- Records we must keep. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as Texas tax and accounting rules require.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. Jason Rental Works does not sell, rent or trade your personal information, ever. We share it only with the 3 kinds of service providers needed to run your rental: the form service that delivers quote requests, the payment processor behind the invoice link, and the phone and text service that carries our calls.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena.
What does this website collect when I visit?
The laredoportapottyrentals.com website asks for nothing unless you send the quote form. Only 2 outside services can see your visit: the Google Maps embed showing our San Bernardo Ave yard, which Google loads under its own privacy policy, and our web host, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
The map loads only on pages that show it. If you'd rather not load Google content, our address is 3804 San Bernardo Ave, Laredo, TX 78041, and you can find it in any map app. Fonts and images on this site are served from our own domain.
How do I see, correct or delete my information?
