What job are you renting a portable restroom for?
Most Laredo rentals fall into 2 groups: celebrations and work sites. In our 2026 review of 19 rental calls, 16 were events, from birthdays to a 2,000-person festival. The other 3 were a remodel, a business site and an RV pump-out. Each kind of job has its own page with the right unit mix, servicing and billing.

Event rental or 28-day rental: which billing fits my job?
Pick event billing for anything that lasts 1–5 days: one flat price covers delivery, setup, pickup, toilet paper and sanitizer. Pick 28-day billing for construction, remodels and long jobs: weekly service is included, there is no contract, and billing stops when you call for pickup. Neither one is priced by the day.
| Event rental | 28-day rental | |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 1–5 days on site | Every 28 days, renews |
| Servicing | Delivered clean; nightly option | Weekly, included |
| Payment | Paid in full to hold the date | First cycle up front |
| Pickup | Scheduled, usually Monday | 1–2 business days after your call |
callers needed a unit for a single day, and 10 calls ended with a drop-before, pick-up-after schedule. That is why one event price covers 1–5 days on site.

What does every rental include?
Every Jason Rental Works rental in Zone 1 includes 4 things at no extra line: delivery, setup and leveling, pickup, and toilet paper with sanitizer. Jobsite rentals add weekly service. The only extras that can appear are a same-day fee, a Zone 2 or Zone 3 trip fee, extra service visits and Laredo's 8.25% sales tax.
Every add-on is named on the quote before you pay. Two of the 4 lost sales in our call review came from a rush fee the caller did not expect, so we say the number up front, in English or Spanish.

How fast can a rental reach my address?
Delivery speed depends on 3 zones. Zone 1, Laredo and nearby Webb County, gets same-day delivery when you call by noon, Monday through Saturday. Zone 2 towns like Zapata and Eagle Pass get next-day or scheduled delivery. Zone 3 cities, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley, need 48 hours' notice.
- Delivery window: 4 hours, with a call or text about 30 minutes ahead, in English or Spanish.
- Nobody needs to be home. Mark the spot or text a photo.
- No Sunday runs. Saturday delivery is available, 7 am to 7 pm.
- Laredo side only. We do not take units across the bridges into Nuevo Laredo.
See every county and city we serve on the service areas page.

What should a first-time renter know before calling?
A first-time renter needs only 4 facts before calling: the address or ZIP, the date, the guest or crew count, and a rough idea of where the unit can stand. In our 2026 review, 2 of 19 callers said outright they had never rented a porta potty, and both mostly needed the steps laid out.
- Call or text (956) 396-3700, Monday–Saturday, 7 am–7 pm. Hablamos español.
- Approve the itemized quote by text link; email can be slow.
- Mark the spot on the day, or show the driver when the truck arrives.
- Pickup is already scheduled for events. Jobsites call when they are done.

Questions callers asked first
“Do you service my town?”
“Is this for a house project or a business? Does it matter?”
“We're redoing the bathroom and the water will be off. Can I rent one for the crew and us?”
“Do I have to commit to too much right off the bat?”
“Do you do RV or camper pump-outs?”
“Can you put it under the host's name and send them the invoice?”
Wording from recorded rental calls (19 calls reviewed, 2026), names removed. These are questions, not reviews.
Where do I find sizing, cost and rule answers?
Three guides answer most questions before a rental: how many units your guest or crew count needs, what the full cost is, and which OSHA and Texas rules apply. Each one uses the same house method and numbers our dispatch team uses on every call, from a 30-guest party to a 200-worker site.
